Julie's Jaunts - a Jaunt on the C-Train

And now a jaunt on the C-Train. I have commandeered my old travel blog to write about my experience with Breast Cancer. I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 Infiltrating Lobular Carcinoma and writing about my experience is strangely therapeutic. The relatively rare (~10%) Lobular cancer is trickier than the much more common (70-80%) ductal cancer. My new favorite saying is: "I *REALLY* like walking on TOP of the planet!" ... especially in my frog's feet!

Julie surgery update--all went well, she is ready for visitors tomorrow!

Hello everyone, this is Julie’s friend Dan Snyder, I’ll be posting updates on how she is doing. Julie is out of surgery and post-op recovery and all went well! She can start having visitors tomorrow Nov. 25, 11AM-8PM are the visitors hours. She is at Stanford main hospital, room C-216. Her resilience and optimism have been amazing to see, we are all lucky to know her. She’s gonna beat this dang thing and we are all here to help her however we can.
